Well worth the wait! Absolutely over the moon with our new kitchen, it’s perfect. The whole experience was faultless, from planning, design to fitting. The team at elite have done an excellent job.

Our whole project was managed well from start to finish, following a disaster with a previous insurance claim and fit which had left us disappointed. Connor, Ed, Amy, and the team were absolutely brilliant; nothing was too much trouble, and they were on hand to answer any queries quickly. The initial design was tweaked several times to achieve just what we wanted, with helpful suggestions and customisation where needed to get the perfect look and fit, with only a couple of visits to the showroom needed. Our old kitchen was carefully removed so somebody else could make use of it, and the working and surrounding area was well protected throughout the fitting works to ensure minimal disruption or damage. There was an issue with one cabinet from the supplier which was checked and resolved quickly and efficiently. Each day of the fit the contractors were on site when we were told they would be, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I was surprised just how quickly it all came together. The units are solidly built and have a premium look and feel. The kitchen was fitted with care, and the attention to detail ensured that everything works perfectly as well as looking fabulous. The work was carried out to a very high standard, the quality of the units and fittings is excellent, and the whole project came in at a price which surprised us – worth paying a little extra over a budget brand. We’ve received so many compliments on our new kitchen and would definitely recommend Elite.

Can't praise Elite Kitchens enough. They are on hand with advice and help throughout the whole process. Their customer care is fantastic, their customer service is even better and the finished kitchen was everything we wished for. Highly recommended.

I and my family have been customers of Elite for a number of years. We have been completely happy with their work and been happy to leave them in the house to finish off if I have had to go out. Nothings too much trouble and they will return to sort out problems.

Very professionally designed and installed with minimal disruption. The design specification was well presented graphically and good computer graphics helped achieve my objectives. I ordered a special induction hob from Elite kitchen and received excellent service. Amy was extremely helpful and very patient with me, even though I was under time pressure. She guided me through the whole process and made sure everything arrived on time. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this company!

I fully recommend this company, they weren't the cheapest - not in an overly expensive kind of way, more like shopping at John Lewis rather than B&Q - but any extra costs were repaid by the care and attention they always provide and I'm sure in the long term how the kitchen will continue to look and perform. I first visited their showroom and got a quote from them during Covid 2020 but, due to not being able to find any builders to carry out the construction work, I delayed for over 4 years; when I finally went back they treated me like an old friend; and that really just sums them up - they have a strong family feel about them and they treat you as though you are one of their family, it doesn't matter if you are just browsing, asking them to provide detailed designs or actually placing an order, their care and professionalism and making you feel comfortable and welcome at all times is at the forefront of the way they work. I never once felt pressured to place an order or uncomfortable that they had done a lot of design and costings 4 years prior to me placing an order. The quality of the materials and installation work is outstanding; yes I could have purchased a cheaper kitchen but I knew, with Elite, I would just be able to 'sit back' and let them get on with it, confident that if any issues arose that they would deal with them swiftly, efficiently and with pride in their workmanship. If you want a new kitchen, don't hesitate to use Elite, you won't regret it!
