We highly recommend Holcman because they are professional, have a great attention to detail and produce work to the highest standard. As Architects we always look for the best contractors to realise our projects for our clients, and on all the projects we have used Holcman we were always extremely happy with their work.

Went with Holcman construction after they were recommended to us by a friend. I must say we’re delighted that we chose to go with them as they were easy to work with and really know their craft. The project entailed a redesign of the interior and the layout of the property, creating an additional bedroom for the previously 2 bedroom flat. The kitchen was converted into an open plan space, merging it with the living room, leaving us room for the addition of the en suite bedroom. Plumbing, heating, electrical, were all handled by Holcman construction.

We had Holcman Construction do a complete rebuild of our property in Baker Street, expanding the property from a 2 bed into a 3 bed, 3 bath flat and adding a custom open plan kitchen. I’m delighted with the work carried out and will use them on future projects.

Rroni and the team were fantastic. They renovated my 3 bed, 2 bath duplex flat and I have to say their workmanship was second to none. They had vast knowledge about period properties which made the whole process smooth when dealing with building control and the Crown Estate. Best contractors in Marylebone.

Holcman carried a total renovation of my property located in Bayswater, which required an extensive upgrade to the property. As you can imagine, working on a listed property comes with its own set of unique challenges, however, Holcman have a solid reputation and certainly delivered.
