We honestly can't recommend Laura highly enough. When we first started thinking about our renovation, we were completely stuck on how to make the downstairs of our home work for our family. With two young children and me working from home, we knew we needed a layout that was both practical and beautiful, but we just couldn't see how it would all come together as the current layout wasn't the easiest to work with. We didn't want to extend, but simply make the most of what we had. From the very beginning, Laura took the time to understand how we live and what was important to us. She completely transformed our ideas through clever space planning and an incredible floor plan that made the most of every inch of our home. She designed the heart of our home, our kitchen, family room & dining area. Laura also did an incredible job with creating concepts and visualisations for the lounge, playroom, utility room and downstairs W/C, creating spaces that are functional, cohesive and perfectly suited to our lifestyle. Laura's creativity is exceptional, but what really impressed us was her ability to balance beautiful design with practicality and budget. She guided us through paint colours, flooring, kitchen units, worktops, furniture selections and detailed FF&E packs, making every decision feel manageable and giving us confidence throughout the process. Her designs felt luxurious and thoughtful while remaining achievable within our budget. Laura also introduced us to our builder, and they worked seamlessly together throughout the renovation. Having her involved in the project management of the design aspects gave us real peace of mind, as everything was well coordinated and ran as smoothly as possible. She has an excellent network of trusted trades and suppliers, all of whom were professional and a pleasure to work with. Laura also secured trade discounts for us wherever possible, which was a real bonus and helped us maximise our budget. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always warm, approachable and genuinely invested in achieving the very best outcome for our home. The finished designs have exceeded everything we imagined, and we genuinely couldn't have achieved this without Laura's expertise. I recently worked with Laura Williams Home on the interior design and project management of my lounge, hall, and kitchen. As a new build, the space was a blank white canvas, and I felt completely overwhelmed about where to begin. Bringing in Laura was the best decision I made. Laura’s ability to understand light, space, and flow was exceptional. Her creativity and attention to detail delivered results that far surpassed my expectations. She provided concept boards, mood boards, and visuals that helped bring the ideas to life and shape a design that is not only beautiful but incredibly practical. Some of my favourite features include a hidden desk, adaptive seating, and a utility cupboard that solved all my storage challenges. Laura gave me the confidence to be bold with colour, introducing zoning techniques like colour blocking and drenching. She also encouraged me to consider furniture pieces I wouldn’t have chosen on my own—like the 'ugly chair' that now takes pride of place in my lounge. She was absolutely right; it’s perfect both practically and aesthetically. Throughout the project, Laura was engaged, highly communicative, and incredibly organised. She worked closely with the trades, provided clear direction and visuals, and kept everyone aligned. She was always open to feedback and made thoughtful adjustments along the way, which made the process feel collaborative and stress-free. She also helped me save money by negotiating better trade quotes and securing discounts on furniture, upholstery, and accessories—something I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. I bloody love my house, and I genuinely couldn’t have achieved this without Laura. Her vision, professionalism, and passion made the entire experience enjoyable and inspiring. Would I recommend her?
