The whole experience with John Lewis was excellent. From the first meeting we really felt like the designer, Karen Livesey, really listened and understood the brief. The attention to detail was excellent and this continued throughout. The installation process was handled incredibly well and we were always kept in the loop with regards to progress. The entire team were always on hand to help with queries so we never lost momentum. The kitchen, utility and boot room are now the most used areas of our home.

We love our kitchen and it genuinely makes us smile every day. The paint finish is fantastic and is one of the first things people notice when they come round. We also needed some extra prep work beforehand and they were helpful in recommending people for that. Sarah was our designer and she was great to work with - really easy to talk to and full of helpful ideas. We’re so happy with how it all turned out and would definitely recommend them.

From the very start of our meetings with Karen from the Hungerford branch we trusted her. She has so much experience and was invaluable to us as first time new kitchen buyers. Foreseeing things we would never have thought of. Great planning advice and nothing seemed too much trouble. And the kitchen is beautifully built by the fab installer (Dom). We ordered some custom made cupboards - understairs and regular hallway storage cupboards from the Hungerford showroom of JL of H. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. They look great. It was a pleasure to work with John Lewis of Hungerford. Karen Livesay made the process easy. The original designs and communication were clear and timely. Communication through the project was great. Dates were kept to and everything happened when it was supposed to. Onecall who did the install were very professional. They were tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. Could not recommend both companies highly enough. After nearly giving up on finding kitchens within a reasonable budget, I found John Lewis of Hungerford by pure chance on instagram via the lovely Jess Harrell. Her kitchen was exactly my taste. and had the wow factor. The kind of space I had obsessed over for over a year but couldn't find and therefore assumed I couldn't afford. I reached out on a whim to Jess and she highly recommended Rebecca at John Lewis Of Hungerford on Wandsworth Bridge Road in Fulham. Speaking to Rebecca changed everything. While we went over budget it was still much more reasonable than other high end kitchen firms in Fulham, and this didn't compromise the service and attention to detail. Rebecca was so very helpful with the design and layout. The whole daunting project felt achievable rather than daunting! I was obsessed with a Mediterranean kitchen that still had a contemporary urban feel and she nailed it. The pricing was transparent the whole way through and we amended as we went along. The kitchen has always been an important place for me as grew up in our family kitchen where so many great memories were made so it was very special to me. A few years on people still comment on my kitchen space when they first see it. So feeling terrible it's taken me this long to write this review! Thank you Rebecca if you read this!

Excellent service provided throughout the process of completely refitting our kitchen; from initial design proposals and costings through to the final touches. Grace our senior designer and main point of contact was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. We were delighted with quality of the furniture and fitments and the aesthetics and functionality of the design.

We purchased a large kitchen and utility units from John Lewis of Hungerford (JLH), who guided us seamlessly from our initial ideas through design to fitting. Both face-to-face and virtual meetings allowed us to refine our detailed requirements. The designer, Lucy Goodliffe, was attentive, collaborative and flexible, making her a pleasure to work with. Her extensive knowledge of the product range, coupled with creative design and colour suggestions, greatly enhanced the process. After installation, any minor snags, including issues caused by external suppliers (like taps), were promptly resolved with excellent follow-up. The entire project was undoubtedly worth the extra cost.

After moving house we headed straight to John Lewis of Hungerford to re-create the kitchen we had loved so much in our previous home. Grace at the Cobham showroom instinctively knew what we wanted. The design, ordering and installation process was seamless. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JLH for absolutely timeless stylish kitchens.
