Sarah and her team did an amazing job of staging our showhome, it really brought the house to life and helped potential buyers to visualize what living there would look and feel like. We got so many compliments on how the showhome was dressed, and have now accepted an offer on the house - with the buyers wanting to purchase the majority of the staging items as they love how it looks so much! Sarah was really friendly and easy to work with, and very flexible when it came to us extending our staging period at short notice. The house had been on the market with tenants in occupation for months and not sold, so when our tenants left we decided to decorate the whole place and invite Sarah to quote for staging the empty property. Highly recommended. I got a good feeling about Sarah from the beginning. She was able to provide case studies that increased my confidence in Staged Spaces' experience and ability to do a good job on my house. A half hour Zoom call told me she would be easy to work with and bereft of all the ego bullshit. Still, I was nervous when it came to the day. But she and her team did a fabulous job and I go into the selling process with increased confidence in the selling power of my property and a feeling I've done right by my Mum, whose beloved house it was for 30 years. Staging is far more common in Australia, where I have lived for the last 13 years, and there is a stat circulating that staging on average adds 8% to the selling price of a property. For me, the short term cost is a no-brainer. If you want someone to fall in love with your house, it needs to look its best. And thanks to Sarah and her team, it does. Now I can just look forward to counting the money!

I used Staged Spaces to help sell a bungalow that has recently been redecorated. The results were genuinely amazing. The staging totally transformed the look and feel of the place and made a real difference in showing prospective buyers how they might live there. Sarah has been fantastic in guiding us through the process from an initial consultation at the bungalow through to presenting design ideas and different colour scheme. Communication has been brilliant at all times. Sarah has replied promptly to all my questions - no matter how big or small - and has accommodated last minute additions and changes without hesitation. It took ONE week from initial consultation to delivery and set up at the bungalow which now looks and feels fresh, modern and welcoming. The photography that come as part of the package is extraordinarily well done and tonnes better than the sort of thing agents normally provide. The staging has blown away all of the estate agents who have visited to value the property and - for what it is worth - has helped to increase the average valuation by more than 15%. I cannot recommend Staged Spaces highly enough.

Sarah, has provided room redesigns for a couple of our rooms now - including supporting us with a garage conversion. She really listened to what we wanted - took our ideas and brought them together with all of her own to give us exactly what we wanted. She’s sent us lots of updates and ideas to check she was on the right lines and then final plans. Our house had been rented out for two years since we emigrated, and was looking a little tired. Having looked at and been impressed with many staged houses here in Auckland, where staging is much more common than in the UK, we engaged Staged Spaces to refresh and stage it, which included organising a decorator and gardener, and supplying furniture and artwork. Sarah was super prompt at replying to emails, and was very friendly and helpful. She also liaised with our outgoing tenant and the estate agent, both of whom told me how lovely she was. The quote was clearly set out and the price reasonable. We spent about £3.5k all told, but accepted an offer of about £30k over the estate agents' initial pre-staging estimates, so it was money very well spent. I consider that staging is definitely worth doing, and it made a huge difference to our house. I had full confidence in Sarah, who kept us informed at every stage, but took care of everything so that we had no worries about the project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Staged Spaces. They did a fantastic job.

I heard of Staged Spaces through a ladies networking site on Facebook. I sent a message to Sarah and she was prompt in getting in touch with me. I have recently moved house and was in a dilemma with a room that is a combination of a home office and toy storage space. Sarah visited me to discuss the project and to measure the room, she understood exactly what I wanted (even though I wasn't really sure what I wanted!) She then emailed me a series of mood boards and various ideas of how to utilise items I already had and wanted to keep, which helped me greatly in shrinking it down to what I actually wanted in the room and it's final style. Well, what can I say?? These ladies are amazing. We are a small company and we like to work with other small companies so we decided to give Staged Spaces the task of staging one of our new build kitchen spaces. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. They are friendly, professional and really know their stuff. My partner and I wanted to put our house on the market very quickly to obtain a quick sale but we didn't know where to even start with the work inside and outside the house.
