I had a difficult experience with this company due to their poor management skills. They delivered the wrong sofa and damaged my light switches during the wallpaper installation. Additionally, the furniture's quality is subpar, and the company may try to overcharge for their services. I discovered instances of overcharging in their quotes, such as when I found and had blinds installed for 40% less than InStyle's quoted price. I would recommend avoiding this company for any service.

Excellent service from their team of James and Maggie who helped plan and implement everything from start to finish in a pleasant and professional manner, with our budget in mind. The apartment ( in Royal Wharf) was fitted out by their team and all minor details were seen to, i cannot recommend enough and would definitely use again.

InStyle Direct furnished a penthouse apartment unit for my client in April/May of 2017. They did a great job of choosing stylish and robust pieces that suit the space. The apartment was purchased as an investment, targeting a top tier professional tenant; InStyle filled out the space with elegant pieces perfectly suited to the lifestyle and tastes of the target tenant group. InStyle already work with some of the top property development companies in London so their style and product quality is well established. What's challenging is to find this sort of work quality accessible by end users (or on an ad-hoc basis). I found them easy to work with and more than capable of knowing what to do without needing oversight. I'd happily recommend InStyle to clients in future - their work has added value and their team have been lovely to deal with.
