We were blown away by the staging of our property. It definitely made a massive contribution to it selling within 4 days of going on the market. The choice of furniture and accessories were very stylish and created a welcoming ambiance.

I have used Homelii for a number of projects over the years, their great service and friendly approach is a delight to work with. They have a very innovative approach with the different products they can offer. We recently had a property which had some rooms sub divided to create more bedrooms which could be put back to the original layout if desired. Janet had suggested that they use a mixture of physical staging as well as virtual renovation to show both it's current layout and what the layout could be. I feel this approach helped us to attract a high level of interest resulting in a closing date with numerous offers received after just 3 weeks on the market.

We have worked with Homelii on both virtual and partial staging across a number of properties, and the service has been consistently excellent. Many of these homes were former rental properties and as such, were not 'market ready'. The staging made a significant difference, helping the spaces feel warmer, more inviting, and allowing prospective buyers to better visualise what it would be like to live there. All staging elevated the overall presentation of the properties and clearly added value. All of the staged properties went under offer very quickly, all within 14-25 days, with all properties achieving or exceeding Home Report valuation. Janet did a fantastic job in staging my one bed ex-rental flat for the market. I'm sure how the flat looked once Janet had added her touch helped enormously in how the prospective purchasers engaged with the property and convinced themselves that 'this is the one' I would not hesitate to recommend Homelii to other prospective sellers. For a small outlay in comparison to the capital involved it's a no brainer.

Janet did an excellent job of staging our flat before it was put on the market. When you live somewhere you get used to your surroundings so it was great having Janet look around and make some great recommendations such as taking personal pictures away, decluttering as much as possible etc. She also brought lots of staging items to brighten up the rooms such as colourful cushions, candles, plants, ornaments, nice soap and gel dispensers and lots more. I think it really helped to show the flat at its best and we accepted an offer in less than 3 weeks. Thanks to Janet for all her help.
