From start to finish the design, ordering and installation process with Rob/Jess and Studio 35 has been exemplary. Nothing was ever too much trouble; the sole focus was always to get the right result and end product for us. If that meant more designs being produced, a different handle being sourced, variations on white goods etc it was never too much trouble. The quality of product from Studio 35 is second to none and the service exceeds that quality. We looked around various places for kitchens and in the end we only got a quote and design from Rob and the team as we had every confidence that Studio 35 were the right people to trust our dream kitchen too, and we were 100% correct. Studio 35 market themselves as installing top-quality, high-end kitchens with a premium standard install and design service – that is exactly what they deliver. Our project was far more than a simple kitchen install, we had some structural work done, a utility room installed as well - along with damp proofing, new electrics, plumbing, insulation – essentially stripped back to brick and start again – all of this was completed by skilled experienced tradespeople who delivered an excellent end product. We were given a detailed 6 week install timeline which was followed pretty much to the letter, despite our 150 year old house throwing up some challenges along the way resulting in extra work here and there. The communication and speed of response is another major positive – any questions/queries are responded to very efficiently and thoroughly – we got to decide on every detail and every decision point during design and install, equally if we weren’t sure advice was offered at each point – critically again though based on what would be the best outcome not what was the easiest option. Clearly we are very happy with our kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Studio 35, Rob, Jess and the team – or to be more accurate we wouldn’t consider looking anywhere else

Absolutely fantastic service from initial design to installation. We had never heard of Studio 35, we literally just popped into the showroom one day whilst shopping in York and thank goodness we did, as we'd visited so many kitchen installers and there wasn't one that could provide the quality of product nor the level of knowledge we needed on appliances, etc. Jess was fantastic - she worked closely with us to design what is now our dream kitchen. When you friends tell you its the 'best kitchen they have ever seen' you know you've got it perfect. If we ever needed another kitchen I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Jess! Studio 35 created my new Schuller kitchen in May 2017 and I am hugely pleased with it. The whole project (new patio doors, ceiling, flooring, plumbing, electrics, plastering as well as the kitchen fitting) was expertly managed and carried out, in exactly the time stated and to the agreed budget. The design is perfect for me, and the quality superb. The company looked after me excellently all the way from design to fitting, and afterwards as well. Studio 35 are knowledgeable, professional and get the highest recommendation from me!
