David and the team at Contour Cheltenham gave us a positive experience from start to finish. Always clear on pricing (they were considerably less expensive than a direct competitor for the same kitchen) and design ideas were always forthcoming. A few site visits made, always reliable. We’d Definitely recommend to anyone who looking for this type of project.

Contour were great from start to finish and I would highly recommend using them for your kitchen / cabinetry requirements. They helped us with the design process right the way through - we had some quite clear ideas about what we wanted aesthetically however needed help in getting our requirements into quite a difficult space. We also had specific budgetary restrictions and Contour were brilliant in helping us with both elements - they offered us options for the price without us ever feeling like we had compromised on quality. At the final step of the design process, before signing off on the kitchen, David was fundamental in talking through a couple of specific details which eventually made a lot of difference to the ultimate feel of the kitchen - for example the shark-nose edging on the worktops. We are extremely happy with the fit and finish of the kitchen itself - it feels very well engineered and like it will last in a family house for a long time. We have ended up with a kitchen we are extremely proud of showing off, within our budget, without conceding functionality and quality.

From the very beginning David listened to how we do things in our kitchen and what deign criteria had to be a given. David and Alex brought some great ideas as to how we could achieve more with some simple alterations. What we got is a fabulous kitchen where everything works in harmony. There is always the thorny issue of installation, but in this case the tradesmen that did the fitting were exceptional and involved us all the way whether they were contracted to Contour or directly to us. It always helps if can deal with really nice people! I can heartily recommend Contour!

Throughout the whole process Contour have provided excellent customer service and kept to all timescales. The quality of the kitchen and the fitting has been first class. I would definitely recommend them.

We had challenges throughout the project due to covid delivery problems but Contour kept us updated throughout and always found a satisfactory solution. Contour’s professionalism continued from initial consultation, through design options, to final installation. Despite Covid, product shortage and other major construction work being carried out at the property, we were happy with the final completion schedule. The actual installed build is excellent in both quality and design.

The team were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful during the entire process from concept and design, through to installation and after sales care. Options, materials and appliances were explained in great detail which enabled us to make informed decisions in order to best meet our requirements and budget. They were always happy to answer my many questions and remained flexible to incorporate minor changes and injects that a project like this can sometimes throw up. Regular site visits and correspondence ensured the installation ran smooth and the results are stunning.

We approached the whole notion of a new kitchen with caution due to the limited options that the footprint allowed. Everything needed to change but the brief and our expectation would challenge any kitchen designer. We needn’t have worried as once we’d had our first meeting with David we knew immediately he was listening and came full of practical experience with a love of design. Compared to other companies, we quickly knew that Contour’s approach was going to be right for us. Coupled with this, we had researched German kitchen manufacturers and Leicht was very much on the list! David and Alex worked very hard to get the design right for us and very much took on board our concerns and wishes. It took a few iterations before hitting upon the right design but once we’d reached that point, we never looked back. It was plain sailing throughout, the fitting went smoothly (the fitter lovely too!) and we are absolutely thrilled with the result.

When we decided that we wanted to update and redesign our kitchen we found that it was near impossible to find anywhere capable of actually coming up with a new and exciting design different from the original kitchen.... until we went to Contour. David initially provided us with two different designs and gave his very valuable professional advice and experience of what would or would not work. The final result was wonderful. A quality kitchen which not only looks great but is also practical. Everyone at Contour was extremely approachable and the installation went very smoothly with any inevitable hiccups resolved quickly. I would certainly use Contour again. Highly recommend.
