Within a very short timeframe, she was able to utilize her connections to have curtains made for the principal bedroom. This quick turnaround spared us from the nightly ritual of placing cardboard in the bedroom windows, providing us with much-needed privacy and comfort very quickly. It was wonderful that she was willing to upend her usual design stages to get this done for us first before she cracked on with the design concept stage. Throughout the design process, Susan and her team demonstrated a keen understanding of our preferences, effortlessly translating them into stunning design concepts, like coaster-less coffee tables and functional accessories. Susan seemed to have endless options until we found just the right solution. We have got even better use of space than we’d imagined. Their ability to transform a blank canvas into a warm, inviting space that truly feels like home is nothing short of magical. We were wowed by what Susan had created in some of our friends’ homes & taking a look through her images of previous projects we knew this was the kind of style that we aspired to create in our new home. Having spent time in Italy & with a family lighting business that specialises in Italian lights, we knew that other designers with their bland white & grey colour schemes were not for us. We loved Susan’s use of colour and her bold stylish lines. When we first initiated contact Susan was she was very transparent about how the process worked. Susan is incredibly collaborative but what’s most impressive is her attention to detail. She thought of every small thing especially taking care to ensure that at first fix we had all wiring & other connections correctly placed to ensure success at the final stages. Working through the design stages with Susan, we particularly loved the fabrics that she sourced & just the endless number of ideas that she had, along with her ability to pivot if something wasn’t going to work out. Susan really challenged us & kept us on trend, for example we have the most beautiful wallpapers in our study & our living room now which we would never have thought of without her. Susan also connected us with some excellent services, the best of which was probably her recommended joiner who created the most beautiful study that receives many compliments from guests. Susan’s style is not only contemporary but with a luxurious finish. The carpet we now have in our bedroom feels so lush under your feet. Obviously Susan has a wealth of experience & her help to source the right furniture & fittings to get the finish we wanted was second to none. Her ideas feel fresh & she seems to have endless options until you land on something you really love. Lastly the impact of using Susan & her brilliant team is really that we are making such better use of space in our home. She has created an environment that is a joy to live in. For example not only are we using our own living room much more where we were mostly sitting in our kitchen before, but we now have 3 living rooms! One is our actual living room, one is within our bedroom where Susan created another living room & we also have space to sit in & watch TV in our study. We have already recommended Susan many times & we are delighted to hear that some of our friends will benefit from the same experience & lasting effect that we are now living in. We bought our house a couple of years ago, a 1920s property, knowing it needed a lot of work. Susan has been involved throughout, helping to transform the house into a beautiful family home. We are delighted with how the house looks now. Each room is a pleasure to be in. The designs suit the house and look amazing but it still feels like our home. We were very happy to trust Susan’s advice and suggestions throughout and are really happy with the results. Susan is very talented - we love the colours and textures she has used and the way the spaces look stylish but relaxed at the same time. Susan is extremely professional and during the main renovations period, when we had builders on site for six months, she was brilliant at working with everyone on the team (the architect, builders, electrician, plumber and joiner), corresponding by email/phone and attending site meetings. When any queries arose on site that were time critical, she was always available and responsive. And when we decided at short notice to bring forward the replacement of our ensuite bathroom, we really appreciated Susan making this happen within the required time frame despite the additional work load at a busy time. Susan was efficient and organised throughout the project, keeping an eye on the programme so that the timing of the completion of the building works and the arrival of the new furniture, curtains etc worked perfectly. Susan is a pleasure to work with. She is friendly, down to earth, fun and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend her interior design services.

Susan is an absolute joy to work with and we would highly recommend her. She's very organised and quick to communicate, with options and costs explained at every stage. Her expertise and vision have transformed our tired and dated space into a wonderfully warm and inviting home.

Susan worked with us over an extended period to redesign our existing living spaces in our family home to make them feel more contemporary, while still comfortable and not too “show home”, and helped us design a new extension to the house that would tie in with the existing. Susan has a great eye for design and a feel for what we were looking for, and encouraged us to be more bold than we could have been without her experience. She also helped us work within a budget and achieve good value for money, with clear pricing, whilst also getting great quality which has held up well. She is an excellent project manager and super organised and makes sure things get done - helped by her relationships with great decorators/joiners/etc who can deliver the project to a high standard. We are now working with Susan on our next project.

Susan helped us with a full interior renovation of a Georgian town house. From the start we felt extremely confident with her approach and experience. She listened carefully to our needs as a family and translated that into a stunning home designed to reflect our style. For the majority of the project we were working abroad and Susan ensured we were able to visualize the concepts, provided extensive options and handled everything very smoothly. Susan did a fantastic job for us during our home renovation. She listened to our requirements, took time to understood our base style and guided us through the project room by room so it did not feel too overwhelming. She is super organised and professional and when any issues it was so good to have her on our side to deal with suppliers and tradespeople. I would highly recommend!

In my opinion, Susan is on trend, tasteful, listens to your brief and delivers on time, to plan and can work to a budget. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending her services. Susan designed all of the internal layout of the property including the kitchen and bathrooms. She developed the initial concept, produced the detailed drawings (including colour schemes etc) for all contractors, and sourced all of the materials required. Throughout, Susan was pleasant, enthusiastic and professional.

Susan provided interior design guidance for 2 five bedroom properties which we built in Reigate and subsequently sold for in excess of £2.3m each. Her remit included kitchen and bathroom selections, identification of wall and floor coverings, and the overall colour palete and theme for both properties. As a private developer we found her input and expertise invaluable. She delivered a high level of specification within a reasonable budget, and her choice of style was well received by both purchasers.

Susan is absolutely incredible! So professional, organised, responsive, friendly and delivers on the brief every time. We’ve worked with her for 3 years and nearly done every room in the house now. She is so skilled at understanding you as the client and then delivering exactly what you want and more! We love what she has created has made us feel about our house and honestly think it’s the best money we’ve ever spent. We can’t thank her and recommend her enough!

If you are looking for a interior designer, go no further! This is the second time Susan has produced a wonderful scheme and effect for me. We moved from our ultra modern house downsizing to a beautiful ground floor flat. We had a blank canvas and Susan did virtually everything for me, curtains furniture and produced floor plans setting everything out . I thought I knew what was right and she had a wonderful way of telling me that whatever would not work and she turned out to be so right on all occasions. I would also stress that she was very conscious about costing and at no time did she try to talk me into spending more than I wanted to. She is completely down to earth and a joy to have around and work with.. I miss her now the project is finished!
