Jake at PCL was professional from the time we entered the showroom. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We wanted to use a local company and not a big company and we are delighted we chose PCL. Jake took us through the design of our kitchen bit by bit. Discussing all elements intricately. He had doors,taps,worktops etc all on hand in the showroom. The design was on a screen we could all see and it was exactly how we wanted it by the time we had finished. Good choice of colours and door styles and finishes. Lots of worktop choice. Any minor alterations Jake did quickly and sent back the plans. He came back to the house after initially measuring to check again that the measurements were accurate. Any problems he foresaw he dealt with and this gave us great confidence for the kitchen. On the first day of installation Jake came and met our fitter to ensure the fitter understood the unique nature of their products. We thought this was above and beyond. The quality of the kitchen was absolutely exceptional. 10 months later it is still brilliant. We are so happy with it. We have no complaints with Jake at all and PCL. Not pushy at all. He visited several times while it was being installed to check it was being installed correctly and to work with the builder to iron out any issues. He made some brilliant suggestions too. After installation Jake came and once again checked everything from top to bottom. Outstanding service. We found the price was good and the quality superb. I do not hesitate in recommending PCL. A great local company with great customer service and they go above and beyond with customer care. We love the kitchen. Thanks Jake and all at PCL.

PCL Kitchens & Bathrooms recently completed a refit of our shower room. The whole job from start to finish was very professional. I had excellent help from Jake in New Milton showroom and we love the new look. I would not hesitate to use PCL again as their customer service is excellent.

Jake did a very good job of planning the kitchen layout, and the computer images of how the finished article would look were most helpful. Maurice the fitter and everyone involved in the work were professional, polite and knew their business. We are very pleased with the result.

Jake and the team proved to be a great choice leaving us with a kitchen we are delighted with. Many reviews and amendments later and delays due to covid lockdown did not get in the way. All went smoothly and any little corrections sorted quickly

We can't rate PCL highly enough. We are delighted with our refurbished bathroom and ensuite. The whole project from beginning to end was handled professionally. Jake is very knowledgable and was extremely helpful, providing suggestions and ideas without any pressure. His communication was fantastic, PCL's preferred fitters were responsive and we didn't have to wait long for quotes. Knowing Jake's standards I'm sure thy would have all been very good but we went with Maurice and his team all of which were great, polite, tidy, turned up on time and did a great job. We will not hesitate to use PCL again

Jake's help from start to finish in designing and providing our kitchen and bathrooms was second to none. He listens and then makes suggestions for us to consider. That really helps when you're faced with so much choice. He always answers his phone and emails straightaway and keeps you updated. And the price for all of this is very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend PCL.

We have used Pete and his excellent team to design and install a large kitchen, utility area and boot room, and on a separate occasion a fully fitted bedroom and dressing room. We were greatly assisted through the design process with sound advice and excellent visual aids. In both cases the finished product was brilliant, the prices were competitive and the installation team were very skilled tradesmen for whom nothing was a problem. All told a 5 star service from start to finish.
