Stephen Anthony Design Limited was established in May 2002 with a view to making the finest handmade furniture and providing the highest level of service whilst delivering value for money. We control our quality by using only the best materials, making every component from scratch and fully employing all our own staff, designers, cabinetmakers, fitters and decorators. Our cabinetry, like all traditionally made furniture, is built to last for generations. Our on-site displays and work in progress alleviate the need for expensive high street showrooms and salespersons which helps us to keep our costs down. Ultimately our company’s assured future is our continuing excellent level of service that we provide and strive to maintain. Each project has one dedicated designer to project manage from inception to completion. We actively seek and act on customers’ feedback and resolve any issues and problems quickly. For a number of years now over three quarters of new customers have come from recommendations. We know how important a fully satisfied customer is for our company’s continued success and to further ensure this we plan to keep the company at its current size.
