We have used Room for 3 bedrooms and a dressing room in the last year, and have found them to be exceptional to work with. From the initial meeting to the final product they were professional, organised and good at keeping you informed throughout. The work in the house was extremely organised ,clean and all the workers were respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Room to anyone .

Can’t recommend Room highly enough. We have just had a study fitted. We found them to be highly professional, even through the Cv-19 crisis when it would be easy for standards to slip. We had a good idea of what we wanted but Room gave us some great design tips that we wouldn’t have thought of, and the installation was done on time, efficiently and safely. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and would not hesitate to use this company again, or recommend to others. Thanks a lot to Gail, Steve, the fitters and the rest of the team.

I used Room to renovate multiple rooms and at all times I found them to be very helpful, professional and good at what they do. Their craftsmen were polite and a pleasure to have in your home. Any issues, Steve and Gail were very approachable and keen to put things right. The end product matched the brief and looked fabulous and 3+ years on still looks fab.

Room Makers have been fantastic at offering a range of services to our clients at Newberry Homes. Their service and design skills liked to kitchens is second to none, with patience and also honesty on what will work and what won't. The quality clearly shows and the after care has been amazing.

Since 2014 we have had ROOM Makers to design and install, to our complete satisfaction, a guest bedroom, bathroom and shower room, our master bedroom and en-suite, a study, units for the entrance porch and replacement woodwork in the lounge, dining-room and staircase. So delighted were we with the results that it was with no hesitation that we asked them to design, plan and install a new kitchen and utility room for us. This was never going to be simply ‘an old kitchen out and new kitchen in’ process because it entailed a great deal of preparatory work in order to create the kitchen we wanted. The original kitchen was on a lower level than the dining area and utility room in an L-shaped configuration whilst now, thanks to Steve and Gail’s innovative planning, the whole area is on one level which obviously opens it up and makes it much more versatile and user-friendly. The plan extended the original kitchen footprint by incorporating part of the former deck area, thereby squaring up the room and giving us more space and option choices for the interior design. As Project Manager, Steve arranged for all the building, plumbing, electrics, plastering and tiling work to be done, juggling the dates skilfully and ensuring that there weren’t any frustrating gaps where no progress was being made on the job. The various tradesmen who work with ROOM are absolutely excellent and bring experience, knowledge and expertise to all they do, along with the readiness to listen to what the customers really want. It’s obvious that they all feel justifiable pride in their own work. Gail and Steve gave valuable help when we came to making choices over units, worktops, fittings, appliances and interior design. They arranged for us to go to the Miele Experience Centre in Abingdon on a day’s course which was a real eye-opener and this helped us to make informed choices on which of these ingenious appliances to select. They also enabled us to go and view the granite we had provisionally chosen to check that we liked it as much in the slab as we did in the small sample piece – this confirmed that we had made the right decision but it was a reassuring experience, nonetheless. The fitting of the kitchen and utility room went very well indeed, just as we expected, judging from our previous dealings with ROOM. The fitting team was a pleasure to have around and they were thoroughly attentive to every detail of their work. The result is a beautiful kitchen of which we are very proud and which, thanks to the sterling efforts of everyone at ROOM, is a dream to use. You can’t ask for better than that, can you?

We first used Room in 2019 to fit new study furniture and were delighted with the result. They are professional, listen to the clients' requirements, met the deadline and the workmanship was excellent. So much so that we have just had them revamp our sitting room with new carpets, curtains, sofas, soft furnishings, decorating etc. They also organised the redecoration of the hall, stairs and landing. The whole team are very professional from the designer to the fitters. We liked the fact that they are a small company which made the whole service very personal. We cannot praise Room highly enough and will be commissioning them again in the near future.

Master Bedroom; 5* superior company - I was impressed from the minute I asked for a quote, compared to other companies I asked they were more efficient, worked to my budget and came up with options I hadn’t thought of which I loved so I chose ROOM to carry out the project. The actual work is second to none, attention to detail is excellent and exactly what I wanted. The fitters were professional and tidy workers and the job was completed without a hitch. Thoroughly recommend ROOM, you won’t be disappointed.

Room have recently finished our new Kitchen/media living space, they have done other projects for us and from the very start they are by far the best company we have used. Their knowledge and skill is amazing! From walking in the showroom, listening to what you would like, planning, adjusting where necessary till you have the perfect living space, to fitting and the end product. The whole team from design, the fitting and finishing is very professionally done and by very pleasant people, could not fault any of them. Would highly, highly recommend.
