Potts, Maidstone have installed 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 kitchen and a downstairs toilet in our now fully refurbished house over the course of 5 years. At the design stage, Elaine (bathrooms) and Nick (kitchen) were able to 'tick all the boxes' which gave our projects that luxury feel and wow factor. All our projects were installed by Ian and Rob who are a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail is in a class of its own. Ray and his team at Potts strive for perfection on every job and that is what you will end up with.

We’re delighted with our kitchen from Potts. The service and quality of the product is excellent. From the design phase to the fit, under the supervision of their Director who was very meticulous. Getting it right was a top priority for Potts and their fitters. We considered alternatives and granted there were cheaper options out there, but no one could give us the combination of design and product we were looking for. Contacted Potts to design and supply 2 ensuite bathrooms, a main bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. We were extremely satisfied with the design process. The schemes were produced and fully itemised down to the tiniest detail. Elaine was extremely knowledgable and spent a lot of time helping us choose the materials.

We had a new kitchen designed & fitted by Potts Ltd last year. The whole project was carried out very professionally from start to finish making the experience so much better than we envisaged. A great deal of help & advice was given with the design aspect; we never felt rushed into making any decisions & if we changed our minds on anything it was never a problem. The kitchen fitter carried out all the tasks required to a very high standard from taking out the old kitchen, renewing ceilings & walls, laying underfloor heating, tiling, fitting all new appliances & kitchen units, decorating & arranging plastering & granite work tops to be fitted. With only two people involved, it made the whole process run very smoothly. We have a beautiful kitchen as a result & would highly recommend Potts Ltd without hesitation. Really nice people to deal with.

Over the past few years we have bought many things from Potts including more recently a kitchen and several bathrooms. They have all looked amazing, the quality is outstanding and we always go back to Potts because the advice we receive is outstanding. The staff and management are experienced, knowledgeable and professional. They are extremely helpful without ever being pushy, we have often used their ideas and suggestions.

We have been clients of Potts for many years now, they have completed refurbishments of our bathrooms and shower room twice, and more recently a large downstairs refurbishment of sitting room / office, breakfast room and kitchen, which included taking walls down, plastering, tiling and carpentry works. Their design included unusual curved units and they did an amazing job of fitting the granite around the AGA. Potts were professional throughout the whole project from design, to overseeing contractors at our property. All of the work was carried out on time, to an exceptional standard and within budget, and Ray consulted with us at every stage of the project, and any change in ideas in the early stages was never too much trouble for them to accommodate. The quality of the kitchen units, carpentry and final finish of tiling and paint work were exceptional. We highly recommend them and their excellent contractors.

We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen which was designed and installed by Potts Ltd. Ray's design team is both creative and responsive to the customers' lifestyle and boy did they deliver the WOW factor! The responsiveness throughout the 4 month process was excellent,despite us having a change of mind on floor covering half way through the design stage.Nothing was impossible. The tradesmen who work with Potts are extremely skilfull and the installation was immaculate - both in terms of expertise and tidiness at the end of every day.Particularly noteworthy are the 'Designer' walnut eating table/trimmings and the granite worktop. Everyone who has seen our kitchen has indeed said WOW ... and commented that it is the best designed and executed kitchen that they have seen. No hesitation in recommending Ray Hudson and his team. Potts designed, planned and installed a new kitchen for us. The design was imaginative, bold and forward thinking whilst still being practical. The materials and colours were thoughtfully chosen to compliment other elements and design features in our house. The standard of craftsmanship was excellent and, even though the work involved gutting the kitchen and taking up the floor, the workmen could not have been more polite and considerate. The work was done in a timely manner, we were kept informed and involved at all stages. The eventual cost was as per the estimate plus some changes made along the way which were not excessive, in fact the company was very mindful of the cost to us and went out of their way to keep costs down or provide a more cost effective alternative whenever they could. All in all, a very straightforward, honest, considerate company with excellent design and kitchen fitting workforce

We first met Potts - and the genius Ray Hudson - over 15 years ago when we asked them to do a luxury make-over to the master bathroom in our South East London home. It was a huge success and we have been buying new homes as often as we can ever since just to get Ray to redesign the kitchen and bathrooms. For their first project they completely rebuilt the awkwardly sited, inner room that was our master bathroom installing a large spa bath, twin basins with high wall storage units above, a super loo, a wonderful steam shower, tiling the whole area with a special design, decorating the unit doors and bath paneling with a special paint finish and fitting wall-to-wall/floor-to-ceiling, fully mirrored wardrobe doors. It was a huge job to do while we were living in the house and it was brilliantly done. Since then, they have advised and supplied us with everything needed to furnish the three bathrooms in our new Devon home and also given a radical facelift - units, work-surfaces, appliances and lighting - to the kitchen area in our studio apartment in London. Potts is quite simply The Best and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

We engaged Potts 10 years ago to design a new kitchen that was superlative and installed by a professional fitter. So much so that we have recently returned to them for the design and installation of two bathrooms and a cloakroom. After much discussion with Adam Hudson as to products and design we have again been delighted by the results and would not hesitate to recommend this company for there Professional approach to the whole scheme.
