Design and full execution of new rear garden to a contemporary self-build project in West Sussex. Turnkey project involving the following:- Full computer aided design process with extensive client liaison and approval process. Preparation of a highly detailed costing. Removal of existing garden and building detritis. Hard landscaping, including:- dwarf walls, patio and terracing, paths, hardwood decking, large oak pergola, contemporary cedar perimeter fencing, installation of irrigation system. Preparation of planting areas with quality new soil Preparation and laying turfed lawn Procurement and purchasing of all planting including many mature trees, shrubs and extensive hedging. All planting to realise approved garden design Final mulching and both immediate and ongoing aftercare with advice to clients.

David has done an outstanding job on the complete overhaul of our garden. We did a significant refurbishment of our house and in the process the best parts of the garden were substantially destroyed whilst retaining the worst parts! David helped us from the original planning stage right through to the installation and now maintenance. The planning was very thoughtful, taking into account our preferences whilst continually bringing new ideas to the table. The plans he subsequently produced were very detailed and allowed us to get a real sense of what we were going to get. The plans were accompanied by detailed costings which have proved to be remarkably accurate as David works with nurseries with whom he has a long relationship with. The installation was a significant piece of work but David took charge of it, bringing in specialists where necessary but also doing much of the work himself and with a small team. This allows him to make adjustments to the plans where necessary to take into account the reality of what he finds on the site. During this process we were kept completely informed through regular phone and email contact, site visits and photos. The result is nothing short of spectacular - we could not be happier - and the work on the landscaping and garden has made the effort we put into the house even more worthwhile. I would unhesitatingly recommend David to friends and indeed have done so many times.
