we had an appointment, it was cancelled on the day "due to sickness". We had a rescheduled appointment. We travelled all the way to Canary Wharf on a miserable day- Noone there. Noone answered the phone, No response to emails.

The quality of kitchen, Operations staff and the fitter were exceptional. Operations were very interactive and provided great customer service given the size of the project was about £40,000

I had very good experience working with Toma (designer) and Elizabth (Project manager). The responses are very fast and queries are taken seriously and help with the project in every possible way. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and the quality of the product.

Whilst in the end we didn't go ahead with the kitchen from LWK this was not in the least a reflection on their excellent service. Toma designed us a beautiful kitchen and we were impressed with the range and quality. In the end they were pipped at the post but I will always wonder if it was the right decision.

Charlotte (design) and Liza (project manager) made the design, purchase and install of our new kitchen as easy as it could be. The kitchen looks amazing. Excellent quality with every detail thought of. I highly recommend the team at LWK. They made every effort to put us at ease throughout and the end result is a very high end kitchen that gets positive reviews from everyone who calls in.

We have a Haecker gloss handless kitchen which we are truly proud of and have started to collect pictures of 'jaws' that have dropped to the floor, after family and friends see it for the first time. (actually every time they see it) :-) We would have given LWK double the amount of stars if it were indeed possible as we received impeccable standards of customer care from Lilly Samar and the whole team at LWK, Always professional, friendly, responsive, timely, knowledgeable of their high quality products and designs on offer, forward thinking with designs and equipment as well as being cost conscious and working to our budget. All aspects of the service we received were thorough and truly appreciated by us as we received consistency throughout no matter which member of the LWK team you spoke, ranging from, Illana, Tom, Melanie through to reception staff. From our very first appointment with Lilly at their offices located in Canary Wharf, through to all stages ie design, delivery, installation and after care, we consistently felt we were in the very capable hands of highly trained professionals who exuded genuine passion for their craft and superior products and prepared to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Attention to every detail from interpreting our ideas, understanding our brief, the practicalities, functionality, aesthetics and micro sizing, were part of this mind blowing experience and LWK's 'X' factor in our opinion. Experiencing the life being breathed into our design was both an exhilarating and a creative journey. Lilly our project manager worked with us closely and intensely to produce the 'dream' kitchen, meeting and superseding our expectations, addressing all queries effectively, remaining transparent through to the end. The end product looks spectacular; something we have drooled over in magazines in previous lives, it has boundless 'wow' factor and it ours. We are full of pride as the quality and functionality is second to none and as a family of four, with our family and friends we continue to create life long memories in our new LWK kitchen. Thank you LWK for such an awe-inspiring Kitchen and experience.

We are very pleased with the kitchen we purchased from LWK. We are equally delighted with customer service we received through out the process of design and instillation. I think LWK is simply one of the best value kitchen supplier in London. From the moment their kitchen designer, Lilly, was with me, to right up in the end, they were always professional, courteous, prompt & everything was dealt with in a timely manner. My two friends also had their kitchens done with LWK, so even after researching 5 other kitchen companies, I knew it was the optimum option. There are too many details to go into, but know that it was all dealt with.

We recently chose LWK to re-fit our kitchen and would highly recommend them to anyone. Every member of the team that we have worked with (Lesley-Jane as our designer, Melanie as our project manager and Darron as our fitter) did a fantastic job, was very easy to deal with and went out of their way to make our lives easy. The kitchen was finished to a very high standard and we feel that we got great value for money. Everything also ran perfectly to schedule

We have been talking to LWK and Toma since around March of 2018, perhaps too far in advance of our actual home renovations work beginning which was in late May. Many members of our family have bought their kitchens from LWK in recent years so they came highly recommended. We are now extremely excited to await the delivery of both our kitchen and utility towards the end of Nov, having placed the order [finally!!] just a few weeks ago. Toma has been an absolute delight to work with - she has unbelievable patience. We are generally quite a fussy and particular pair and appreciate we can be quite taxing on others - but LWK have stuck with us all the way. We made numerous changes along the way - mostly driven by budget restrictions but Toma always presented good options while maintaining the aesthetics. She would immediately tell us which areas can be compromised with cost and which we should not so as not to impact the final design and look of the kitchen and utility. We look forward to reporting back next month after the kitchen has been installed which I am sure will be an equally pleasant experience. Thank you Toma and LWK for not losing your patience with us! From start to finish the service from the team at LWK was gold standard. It isn't everyday you get to design your kitchen, so when you do have the opportunity you want to know you're in the best hands. We felt that every step of the way with this team. From kitchen design through to fit we were delighted with our experience. The design team were professional and came up with lots of ideas to get the ball rolling. This was helpful as we weren't completely clear on the style we wanted to go for - so were looking for inspiration. After a couple of design rounds we were close to the final design of the kitchen. The part was then choosing colours, surfaces, kitchen equipment and the team were very helpful with ordering in samples, taking us to showrooms and guiding us. We loved the contemporary look of the Hacker kitchen which worked beautifully into the space. Our kitchen was implemented five months ago and we have been so delighted. Where there were a few small hiccups as there are with any project of this type - the after sales team have been speedy in resolving this. The team are professional, creative and focused on delivering the best customer experience. We have already recommended LWK to our friends and would continue to do so.
