We approached Josh to help us with the design of a large extension and renovation project to our period house near Bristol. Josh has provided creative ideas for how to best make use of the space and has been patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. The 3D views that he has produced have helped us to understand the proposals easily and we are so pleased with the design that Josh has created for us.

Joshua worked with us to replace our very tired conservatory. He listened to what we wanted and provided us with 3 options that reflected the brief in very different ways. He secured planning permission for the build without problems despite us being in an AONB. During the whole process he was readily available to answer questions, provide advice and make tweaks as requested. We now have a room that is very different from what we probably imagined we would have, but we love it and it has given our house much more useable space. It was a pleasure working with Joshua through a process we were not familiar with at all.
