Paul provided a fantastic design for our kitchen. We had limited space but his solution gave us additional storage together with more work top for food preparation. He recommended a wonderful colour palette for the space and the end product was outstanding. I thoroughly recommend him for any home projects

After living in our house for a couple of decades and only really redecorating every few years, we finally decided to bite the bullet and have some major refurb works carried out. We knew we would need an interior designer and when discussing this with our decorator, who is an absolute perfectionist, he said we must use Paul Warren Design whom he had worked with on many projects. We completely gutted the basement area and took out a chimney breast and moved the existing kitchen from the rear of the house to the front and swapped the dining room to the rear. A large opening was created to rear wall elevation and Crittal style doors were fitted, so we had better access to the garden and lots more light. An unloved and unused patch of concrete was transformed to a light and welcoming patio. We also managed to fit in a new utility room and toilet. All new lighting and electrics throughout, new kitchen fitted, underfloor heating and new large format floor tiles. We have gained more stylish storage than we thought possible. The space has been completely transformed. Paul Warren and his team have created a space that we are so pleased with and want to spend time in. Totally transformative. We can highly recommend Paul Warren Design. The project would have been impossible for us without Paul. A pleasure to work with.

I’d heard brilliant things about Paul Warren interior design through the grapevine and I was thrilled when he took on my home. Paul’s passion is evident in its uniqueness. I loved that he could see what I couldn’t, to generate more space, highlight existing features, colours, lighting, and textures. The team they used were efficient, clean, true to timeline and budget.

Whilst looking through the Houzz site for a potential interior designer to help me with the design of my new flat, i came across Paul Warren Design. I liked the look of his designs and the eclectic mix of contemporary with mid century modern elements. Paul was so understanding of what i wanted to do. He came up with some great ideas and by doing mood boards helped me to visualise what i could achieve with the space. His knowledge was outstanding. His passion for lighting helped to elevate the space and create several moods that i never thought would be possible. Along with his team of builders who were a pleasure to work with, the whole process was so much easier that i could ever have imagined. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team.

I cannot recommend Paul and his expert team of craftsmen highly enough. They completed works to my 1 bed flat in SW1 in December 2023 ,and I am delighted with the transformation. He has taken what was a dated awkwardly laid out space ,which I was considering selling,into somewhere I can now live very comfortably for many years.however should I decide to sell in the future then Paul’s work has certainly added considerable value.

I really recommend Paul Warren – a friend spoke highly of him when we were relocating to a larger property just outside London. We had a fairly tight budget and wanted a contemporary kitchen designed for us as the existing one needed a complete revamp. The long narrow kitchen space presented quite an interior design challenge! And, as clients, we also had a clear and probably rather ambitious vision about what we wanted Paul to accomplish for us for the money! Despite this, Paul managed to create a cleverly designed multi-purpose galley style kitchen leading into a smart welcoming dining space that easily seats 6. He designed a large floor to ceiling shelving unit for books and to display favourite artefacts and found a large narrow white dining table and colourful comfortable (stacking) chairs (all from SCP Shoreditch). It all looks great but not imposing and our friends love being there with us chatting away whilst we do the cooking! We are so happy with what he’s achieved. We spend many hours every day enjoying the warm and attractive user-friendly environment he’s designed for us. Paul did a great design job, has access to highly professional crafts and tradespeople and is an experienced project manager – everything was done on time and within budget! As soon as money allows (in these difficult times), we won’t hesitate to bring him back to revamp other rooms in the house. We have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

We bought a house last year that was somewhat dated and rather tired. After living in the house for several months we realised that the whole place needed a serious update. We decided to call in a designer and came across Paul Warren Design. He paid a site visit and immediately came up with some ideas. We initially found it hard to visualise Paul’s ideas, he then produced some mood boards that were totally inspiring and from that moment we ran with his vision. The bathrooms, kitchen, living room and bedrooms had a complete makeover. The lighting was changed throughout the house along with new hardwood floors, rugs and blinds. A new colour scheme for the decoration throughout was transformative. Paul suggested we replace a lot of the furniture so went along with his choices. The whole process was totally stress free and his team of men were very courteous, clean, tidy and completed on time. If we had to go through this again Paul Warren design would be our first choice and I would highly recommend him and he was a total pleasure to work with.

I chose Paul Warren Design for the total makeover of my new property in East Sussex because, out of the four designers I interviewed, he best understood the brief. Paul came up with great ideas that hadn't occurred or even seemed possible to me, and he handled the whole process very professionally, making it all go so smoothly. His team were also excellent - clean, efficient and polite. Paul's lighting designs were a revelation and totally transformed the space. The kitchen reconfiguration is gorgeous, with a much better flow. The two bathrooms are fabulous and we had fun choosing from an imaginative range of fittings that Paul came up with. I loved his colour suggestions too and we used them all. He even hung my artworks and placed my furniture superbly. I am more than pleased with Paul's work and really cannot recommend him highly enough. I will certainly used him again if I ever move - although the house is now so beautiful and so admired, that that may not happen for some time!

Paul and his team renovated my entire ground floor in N1. New conservatory, floor radiators plastering etc. It looks fantastic. His workers were all polite, affable and very tidy, despite all the building dust. There were a couple of unforseen problems but Paul dealt with everything like a pro. Would definitely recommend. He is excellent with lighting solutions and his exemplary colour palette has completely altered the atmosphere of my property and the way I now think about interior colour myself. Paul and his talented team of craftsman did an amazing job for us. This year was the most recent of many projects that Paul Warren has done for us, being a master bathroom (a complete replacement, new floor, tiling, shower bath, basin etc). The fact that Paul has done many projects over the years for us but at our current and prior houses is a testament to the high esteem we hold him in. A wonderful eye and attention to detail, very patient with us in making selections, he puts in a huge amount of care into the projects. We are not particularly close to his home, being a drive across London, but he always comes over to supervise even the smallest jobs. We would recommend him most highly.

Paul helped us entirely "make over" a London town house, from top to bottom, He came up with really good suggestions, both in terms of interior design and more structural aspects of the house. I have commissioned Paul Warren Design to create interiors for three different houses over the past 12 years. Paul Warren is a highly talented designer who is able to help create the design brief as well as implementing it to a very high standard. He understands his clients and is able to make creative suggestions that you would never think of yourself or imagine could work so well. Each of my projects has been completely different – the first was a new look for a house in Highbury that had become a little tired and was transformed by the use of a strong Mediterranean colour scheme; the second, was a complete scheme for a smaller house in Stoke Newington where the maximum storage and display space was needed – Paul’s solutions were highly creative and made a sleek and modern interior allowing plenty of room for all my books, music and movie collections plus my paintings and sculptures. The most recent project was a house near the Essex coast and this required a total refurbishment and involved a new kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as living rooms and bedrooms. Paul created the interior and exterior colour schemes and also helped me with the design of the very large garden – dividing it into separate areas and using low modern walls to define the generous patio space and creating an attractive gravel drive and planting area.
