A TRUSTED NETWORK We’ve built relationships with building contractors and suppliers who share our sustainable architecture and inclusive design approach. Our team is happy to connect you with them during your project. DESIGN DELIVERY It can be tricky to manage a construction project on-site. With our full construction management service, we take responsibility for delivering your project. This includes project management contract administrations, tendering works, and selecting contractors and suppliers.

[We are currently working with Dash] We contacted Dash after our previous architect company went bankrupt, Mario was really profesional and honest about his views on current planning application, he spotted the errors made by previous designer. Iwona is our main point of contact, she is just great and also care about our project, she spotted more errors (not sure if it's good) and pointed us to the right direction also spend time explaining everything, also pay attention in small details. We are really pleased to have her as our designer, and already recommend her to our friends. [updated] We are happy with Mario and Iwona, we will give Mario and Iwona 5 but probably not the structure engineer.

After a few failed attempts at finding the right structural engineer we came across DASH and had no reason to look further. We were doing major internal alterations — removing a few structural walls, installing a skylight and cutting down a big window. The team is very professional and catered to all of our needs. They addressed every single piece of feedback and helped us make up our minds where in doubt. Even though our project got delayed because of the lockdown, DASH followed through on all of their promises and kept in touch after finishing their part. Would recommend to others without any hesitation.

I was originally put in contact with Jonathan to do the structural drawings for a loft conversion at my flat. His role on this expanded to assist me with the design and project management. He has been fantastic throughout. Engaged, patient, creative and knowledgeable. I had limited availability to deal with all the contractors, suppliers and think about all of the design aspects, so Jonathan was invaluable in helping to progress the project. He was also a great sounding board for ideas and would often come up with very practical ideas that I might not have come up with myself. Very please with the service and very nice guy. Highly recommend.

Jonathan has become a key member of our design team this year, successfully undertaking the role of structural engineer on several mixed use and residential developments. First and foremost, it has been refreshing to deal with a structural engineer who is creative, flexible and accommodating during the design process. Such traits cannot be underestimated, particularly when unforeseen circumstances arise on site and a quick but economical structural solution is required. For me, his USP is his appreciation for the importance and value of good design, and his ability to translate an architectural drawing into a viable structural form, whilst retaining its soul and concept. I see a bright future ahead for JF Projects and look forward to working with the team on future projects.

Well what can I say about JF other than wow! The whole service start to finish was really impressive from the design phase of my Coffee Shop which we spent a lot of time working through ideas and modelling different lay outs, to the build and finish which was quick, low in hassle with a brilliant outcome. The JF team really held my hand all the way and helped achieve what is a fantastic and practical commercial space, our customers always comment on how different it is and the hard work has paid off. I would use JF again for further residential projects and I have happily recommended their services to friends.
