I’d recommend Unity for any house renovation work big or small. We’ve recently had them complete a full downstairs renovation project. This included, a rewire, underfloor heating, structural work, replaster, kitchen, toilet fit, new glazing and much more. All aspects of this work were done to a really high standard. All the men that work for Unity respected our home so well and they made it possible for us to continue to live in the space whilst working around us. Any problems that occurred were responded to quickly and Elliot sat down and worked through solutions that made us feel comfortable. We recently had Unity Development Group complete our garden landscaping and patio installation, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly experts in their field from start to finish. The whole process was very collaborative. They took the time to really understand what we wanted and even suggested ideas that made the final design even better. Communication was excellent, and we were always kept in the loop on progress and costs. In fact, due to the collaborative nature of the company and having the flexible ability of the Cost Plus agreement, Unity came in under budget, meaning we actually received a saving on the initial projected cost. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The patio looks amazing, and the landscaping has completely transformed our outdoor space. You can tell they really care about the details, and we are so pleased to have our garden back from where it was before they started! Our experience was nothing but positive, and we’re so happy with the work they did. We’ve already started planning our next project with them. As a homeowner it is really hard to find trustworthy professionals and sadly we have had experience of the some of the cowboys that are out there. However, it’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely delivers on their promises and we feel we can trust. Unity Development Group is a rare find, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Where to start! After purchasing our house late last year we were looking for a trustworthy and high quality company to support us through our renovation. Unity have made the whole process painless and enjoyable. From the guys who did our plastering and structural work (Jamie and Callum) through to our amazing Bathroom fitter and pro of all trades Jason, everyone was kind, patient and professional. Renovations can be overwhelming and intrusive, but we couldn’t have been made more comfortable by the team. We would recommend them to anyone looking for work done - absolutely flawless. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat! I initially had an electrical fault to my garage which they fixed up for me back in January but I was impressed with how professional they were and gave them a huge to do list. This included taking out a chimney breast, re-plastering, joinery work (building bespoke cupboards), repointing, creating panelling in my hallway (wainscoting), removing cladding from stairs and re-carpeting. They've even sorted out putting up curtain tracks, shelves and built flat pack for me. I'm not sure if there's anything they don't do but I found being able to have just one contractor sort everything made my life so much easier. Lovely bunch of guys, really professional and filled me with confidence that the job would be done well and on time. The delivered every time. As I said- can definitely recommend!

We had been searching for a while for a company who would not just complete our project but keep us updated and communicate every step of the way, due to past experiences with tradesman who would keep us in the dark. Elliot, communicated with us every step of the way in a professional and friendly manner. Although our project was not massive in size, it was quite complex and needed lots of investigating which is where Josh came in who really helped us in saving parts of kitchen while modernising and replacing other parts.Overall if you are looking for a professional, modern construction company who care so much more than just completing the project as quick as possible and collecting their paycheck then Unity are the company, an incredible job and will definitely use Unity for the rest of our time in Sheffield!
