We could not be more pleased with the work Clare has done to transform our’ magnolia painted’ home into a cosy, colour filled, mid -century modern style. From the very start of the process Clare took the time to truly understand our needs as well as steering us gently to designs that were in keeping with the age of the property. Clare’s creativity and attention to detail are exceptional. Having a wonderful eye for colour, layout and finishing touches Clare has helped totally transform our home beyond anything we could have imagined. Found Clare on a google search and delighted that i did! She is very responsive, excellent communication and fast turnaround of my room design. She listened to me and produced exactly what i wanted and was happy to tweak and amend design board to my feedback. We love our new room and having Clare order our paints and get discounts took the stress out of guessing quantities and traipsing around DIY shops. Highly recommend her expertise for redesign/redecorating projects.

I absolutely love our lounge design by Clare. Clare truly made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. The initial consultation was a relaxed chat about ideas. I’m terrible at design and putting ideas together but Clare is a natural at this! With the ideas from our chat, she took us slightly outside of our comfort zone and created a wonderful design for our lounge. I love all the accessories, finishing touches and details to the room and the way Clare created a plan for us to visualise the room made us very excited to see our lounge transformed! I've just finished refurbishing my 98-year-old house and could not have done it without Clare's help! When I bought the house, I wasn't expecting to do much work on it, but then discovered a whole load of issues that resulted in a complete refurbishment. To say that I am design-challenged would be an understatement, and I really had no idea where to start. Clare had such a clear vision from the outset, and somehow knew better than I did what I would like. I put my trust in her and am so happy that I did - I love the result, as does everybody else who's seen it. It's far, far better than anything I could have come up with myself - it feels unique and different but it suits me so well. I'm a bit of a nightmare client because I have a lot of allergies and sensitivities which mean I have to be very careful about the materials used in the house. This was a lot of extra work in terms of researching different options and finding products that were low allergen and low chemical, and Clare was very patient and helpful with this too. I think we've both learned more than we ever wanted to know about VOCs and off-gassing, and if you're a potential client with similar issues, Clare's definitely the designer to use! I was really impressed with Clare throughout, and would thoroughly recommend her.

Clare is an excellent interior designer. She had some brilliant , creative ideas but she also listened to my (limited!) ideas and incorporated them into the planning. Clare was always friendly , professional , prompt and helpful , and I would definitely use her again . We now have a playroom that the grandchildren love , and we have made great use of a space that was previously a mess!

I asked Clare to help with my kitchen / diner / utility refresh . She listened exactly to my requirements and what I was aiming for in the space . She understood my love of pattern and colour but also my need for a calming environment . The result is the perfect mix of both and a space I love to be in . The worktop , tile and paint colour suggestions work perfectly together and have created a designer interior that I couldn’t ever have come up with myself . I would definitely recommend No space like Home .

We are so happy with the design and highly recommend Clare's services. We weren't sure whether we could stretch to using a designer for our project, but we are so pleased we did! Not only did Clare translate all of our preferences into a beautiful design but she was really lovely to work with. The aftercare with her has been amazing and it's clear that she really cares about the final result. Everyone that walks into our new room says "wow". We wouldn't hesitate to use her again, in fact we have booked another project in with her!

Clare was great to work with, listened to what we wanted but bought her own ideas to the table as well. Both rooms look fantastic and we would never have achieved this without Clare.

Simply wow from start to finish! We asked Clare to design our lounge, giving her a blank canvas, only asking that the historical features were retained. The attention to detail Clare gave to every stage was extremely impressive, we were kept very well informed throughout the whole process of her project managing the design for us. Our ideas were listened to, although to be fair Clare's ideas were spot on and she quickly gained our trust that she knew what she was doing and she wouldn't settle for anything less than perfection. All tradesmen used on the project were also of a very high standard and ensured Clare's detailed design was implemented. The end result is beyond our initial high expectations and friends and family that have seen the change are truly blown away at the overall design and feel of our lounge. Several friends have already asked for Clare's contact details and we would not hesitate to recommend her services. The only downside of the whole process, is that we now need to save for another room doing by Clare!

Clare was such a joy to work with. She transformed my open-plan flat into a beautful yet functional space to live and work in. I liked the fact she made sure she was fully briefed on sorts of colours, design and furniture pieces I preferred to have in my home. She was really friendly and knowledgeable,and made sure I was consulted and happy throughout the design process. I loved the little personal touches she incorporated, like picking out wallpaper designed on national trails because I enjoy hiking, to the prints selected which reflected places I'd lived and artists I like. Even my 6 year old is delighted with the changes and summed it up by saying 'Mummy, now it feels like a home'
