If it’s an integrated dishwasher which I presume it is you don’t need an end panel or carcase as the door fits directly onto it. Can you just remove the end panel or will that make the gap too big? Also be aware that some integrated dishwashers need the plinth to be cut to allow for the swing down of the door.

Hi, Waterfall Islands are lovely, are you going for a contemporary theme for your kitchen? If so they can really add to the feel of the room as its a really modern look. If you are going for a more traditional look the Waterfall Island could look a bit out of place. I would have a think about if the island is going to be a main feature in the room, if it is then the Waterfall is a good option. It is more expensive as generally you dont get wood or laminate options so will use more material like stone, granite etc
