Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but under Building Regulations you would not be able to make this a habitable room unless you upgraded the insulation of solid elements and the glass. In effect you would have to re-build the structure which would probably blow your budget. The reason for these regulations is the conservation of fuel. If you decided to ignore Building Regulations (which is not a good idea and might make your house difficult to sell in the future) you are likely to find the room expensive to heat and it would probably suffer from condensation problems.

I work for the bathroom Gallery in esher and would like to get our details listed on your website. Do you charge for this and if so how much.

Bit hard to make out from your photos, but could it be greenfly or whitefly? Greenfly can apparently be sprayed with a mix of water and washing up liquid. Worth a shot.

I use a program called pipette, https://www.sttmedia.com/pipette-download and you can find the colour composition of any image ie rgb, cmy etc, its also the true colour of the image and not how your screen presents it. Obviously with a photo this won't be the actual colour and also with a photo the colour changes in different parts of the photo. You could then download colour charts and use pipette to see which colour is closest to the photo results or do a search on line for the #hex colour, you can try encycolorpedia.com and that gives you a list of paints that are close to it.
