Bread, bread...! I can't think of anything more homely...! I still hand-keand my sourdough bread and when I bake it I feel there is nothing more delightful in life than my kitchen with my bread and the vision of my family eating it over next few days.

Voted for the Capside Lamps! They are so original! I would love to put these in a kids room or a sleek white office to add a splash of colour and a different texture.

Where does the North become the South? To read many of the comments you'd believe London IS the South rather than just a part of it. I was born in the North East, moved South when I was 27 and to the South Coast at 37. I've worked in London but couldn't bear to live there. Personally I love the North (East and West) but prefer the South - better weather, more facilities and more job opportunities. Just retired and could have moved anywhere in the UK but moved to the South West and loving it. And strangely, there's an awful lot of Northern folk here as well.
