Go with pencil, paper and ruler, it is quite liberating! I have just drawn out multiple plans for various extension options and ended up with a completely different layout to my first attempt. The architect I used loaded in CAD and turned around plans suitable to submit for planning permission in record time as a result....

Hi Karen, I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't heard back from us. Did you send the ticket through to UK support or US support? I have had a play around with the app on iPhone and iPad. It seems that iPad is the issue here, as 'OnePlan' is visible using iPhone, as well as desktop (just like you said). We'll let the tech team know and hope for a swift solution!
