I'd take out the first row of tiles from your hearth and use one of them to replace the flat tile. I'm not sure about the other one, you could take them all off and use an off white rounded tile to match the patterned tiles or you could just get a paint match and paint that bit in the right colour?? Or perhaps use a piece from under the mantle piece where it would be less noticeable? It would probably take you a few years to find an exact match reclaimed one as it's not a common colour.

A pro can do it in no time. If you are planning on a new hearth now is the time to do it. Most period fireplaces had a hearth that was flush with the floor and likely a replacement would sit on that so the fireplace would need to be raised an inch or so.

colors
and finishes were custom blended for the client, we do not make available the
specifications for our projects. Please keep in mind that light/shadow
and differences in computer monitors can alter the appearance of a
color. The stone surround is 1'-10 1/2 proud of the wall behind it and the hearth is 2'-10" proud of the same wall. If you are referring to the padded oblong 'bench', we had the
privilege of working with Eminent Interior Designs on this project who
sourced all the furniture, window treatments and home decor. Best,
