Hello! Yes, the interior is black pebble finish. We learned from the builder that applying this finish takes a high level of skill to avoid streaking, so make sure you have found a good company, who can show you a black pool interior they have done themselves. We can connect you with a builder in phoenix we recently worked with who did a black interior that turned out beautifully. And we, too, are located in Phoenix, so we can definitely help you with tiling your pool.
