Comments (1)I am north facing and also in the north. Maybe our light is different here, but I have a similar (smaller) extension with one velux and it is full of light. What it doesn’t get is direct sunlight, except early on summer mornings. Comments (24)Hello, it’s funny but warm cream shades fell out of favour when grey seemed to take over the world of decor for many years. I like a warm, buttery cream but I struggled to find images of it used with grey kitchen units. I managed to find this pic of a grey DeVol kitchen and cream walls. Love the way it’s teamed with wooden shelves. As to paint shades, I’ve used Dulux Ivory and Dulux Elderflower Tea in the past, as well as Almond White. Lovely warm neutrals. i also wondered whether changing the cupboard doors to something more to your taste may improve things? There are lots of companies that do this, and I noticed even B&Q sell just doors too. Just a suggestion....See Moredebbiekeith
