How do you mean? Your ideas books look great for the styles you are thinking of, Pinterest is also great but I would probably stick with Houzz. If you mean lists of suppliers, materials and budgets I would use spreadsheets either excel or google sheets both can be stored on he cloud either google drive or dropbox so you can access when you're out. Most other build/design software would probably cost money and you've got enough costs to worry about as it is! :) Good luck and how exciting! Let me know if you need anymore input :)
