Hi, new to the site.We are (hopefully) moving into a lovely new home later this year. We have a decent budget to remodel and loads of ideas. The key problem is the lounge. 23" but 12" 10' it's a good size and has a small run of steps leading down from the hallway , 15" patio doors opening out onto fabulous views of our garden, the forest below and the Severn estuary beyond. A 50k view.A high but curved ceiling.The problem is how to plan and zone this room.I love my TV and a 100' home cinema is a key ambition.Further in the middle of the room opposite the patio doors there is an 18 inch deep 30 inch wide chimney breast that bisects the room. I hate fireplaces! TV is my focal point.I have attached some photos showing the room and a few initial ideas. I also like the idea of half lounge half dining room. But at which ends?Ideas appreciated. The only thing we can't do is remove the chimney breast itself.
