New home and this is the fire. As you can see the back isn't black and the coals need replacing as there's loads of black stuff coming off them. Issue is I have no idea who the manufacturer is and the actual inset doesn't have any model details on it as I asked a gas fitter to check.
Any suggestions? I'd hate to get rid of it but it doesn't look right??
