From the picture, it looks like to me that larder was made up from a few standard components ...eg the 3 sets of drawers are probably 40cm wide, shallow depth base units, (such as Ikea’s 37cm deep Metod unit), plus a sink unit, and the top is made up of 3 similarly standard wall units without doors. The outer full size cabinet doors look like just standard tall cabinet doors set on sliding door pivot hinges. It’s just the way they have put them together that is “bespoke”, and that’s down to the designer and fitter. Hopefully that helps.

I see no practical reason why it can't be done, the issue might just be finding someone willing to do it, I imagine if it wasn't a fire door most would be willing to do it no question but with the regs it might be putting some off. Probably the best option is if you can get a pre made door and have a joiner customize it to fit.
