hi chris. the kitchen was around £20k including appliances, the building material and labour costs were around £40k - which includes the full side return, building party walls, structural beams, underpinning, underfloor heating , outside rendering drainage and straightening, wiring, plumbing and tanking. the other materials - tiles, lights, paint, sky light and doors were around £12-15k approximately. given
