Hi, this is going to be a great space! I really like your theme of brown/mustard/khaki, it's going to be so warm and contemporary. What about painting the wall with the two windows in your living space a rich ochre/mustard and repeating it on the opposite wall. There isn't a great expanse here as you have the walkway to the kitchen but it will reflect beautifully. With those big glass doors and roof light you can afford to go darker. The current mustard wall in the dining area, you could go for a fun, bold wallpaper with complimentary colours. It'll all tie in effectively but you'll have defined areas. Keep the remaining walls as they are and add accessories to bring the whole extension together. image 3 is missing, option 2 doesn't look a good idea, the triangle of services is broken and whilst that can be ok if its the fridge on its own the sink and stove should be in easy reach of each other. Option 1 looks like it should be ok space wise but it sounds like 3 is a refinement on 1 so I'd like to see that first. You could also reduce the length of the island to have cupboards come round to mirror the fridge, you could even have all the storage space on the walls and the island have both the stove and sink?

Hi! I think to bring the property into this modern era knocking the wall out is a great idea. You could bring the dining room over the area where the wall is so it's a big more spacious. Your TV can go above your fireplace if possible. If you want to create some separation you can opt for corner sofa that would sit behind the dining table and also bend round d opposite the TV. On your floor plan there seems to be a space in the kitchen opposite the dining which could make a great big pantry and give you more cupboard space I'm your kitchen area, or if you work from home it could also serve as an office nook. The possibilities are endless!
