I really like the lozenge tiles! Personally i prefer the 1st design (basin included). The 2nd is too busy with the tiles around the loo. I do however prefer the bath taps on the 2nd design, with perhaps a handheld on the shower wall (all jn brass)? I might think about taking the floor tiles up the bath. I love a flos pendant but it doesn’t sit right, I also prefer the brass mirror in the 2nd. Maybe also ask the designer to mock up the boxing in of the loo the whole way across that wall. If the bath could shrink a little you could have a shampoo etc niche under the window above the bath. It is away from the shower but tbh when the niche is close to the shower anything just runs off your hand before it hits your body?! maybe consider epoxy grout? Darker cement grouts aren’t as grubby but may fade or discolour

In nature, in cities, just going for a walk. You have to be completely open to seeing the potential in everything. I feel more confident now about not making so many design choice mistakes as when I started out.

Since it gets damp, fully tiling the walls is definitely a smart move, and it’ll help with maintenance too. Your layout seems very well thought out. Here are a few practical things to consider. Choose a bath with a non slip base safe for standing when showering but is also comfortable to lie on. Install a dual shower head system with a longer than average hose which makes children’s hair washing easier and helpful when cleaning the bath. As Isla says, a pivot screen is essential to make it easier to bathe children but also to reach the bath taps. A bath with wide ledges which can hold containers for toiletries, sponges, toys and so on is also handy. As is a sink unit wide enough for hand-soap, toothbrush holders, etc. Having a large sliding door mirrored wall unit above the sink (not the toilet!) is also great for keeping your surfaces clear. I would always choose wall panels instead of tiles as they’re much easier to keep clean.
