Your accessories - towels, blind, soap dish/dispenser, mat, shower curtain will be where you can bring in personality. Are you a bright color person, a classic or a touch of modern? You could go black on white, olive green on white, bronze on white. I think you could go black accessories, a black pot with a dark green plant. However, I would see if you can source an under sink cupboard but i would do that in white.

Hey Dan, Well, I don't like to comment on someone else design but see below I did a quick 3 sketch. Showing white, midgrey and dark ceiling options for your bathroom. (I had to clean up little bit) I believe this would help you to decide. I personally would go with white ceiling. Because Dark flooring is already will make the space feel darker. Don"t worry, white ceiling would go well with the Carrara Marble. Good Luck.

Different companies may use "matte" and "satin" interchangeably, so always worth looking at actual samples to get a feel for any given finish. As to whjich to pick - it is really just a matter of personal taste. There are some excellent super-matte finishes on the market which guard against fingerprints and satin paint finishes can give a real quality feel. Have a good look at the construction of any units, especially at seams and edges - there can be a big difference in quality of finish & type of construction! Also with brass & bronze finishes - these can vary quite a bit, so always make sure you get the handles & taps together before deciding, to make sure they are a good match.
