Something like this? https://www.toppstiles.co.uk/tprod47022/spaces-bruges-outdoor-petal-black-tile.html Or you could go for the Victorian style tiles

Try to load your image into Pinterest, which will find similar images of tiles. These should lead you to suppliers or magazine articles that featured them if any. Or you could ring the hotel and ask them where they got them from. Good luck!

I'm glad it's not just me Sarah, I thought maybe I was being too picky.  I wanted to 'Upgrade' to lvt for our open plan  downstairs as I know it's waterproof properties make it 'ideal' for kitchens (we had laminate in previous house but did suffer when the washing machine leaked).  But even the wood effect lvt, doesn't look or feel as realistic as laminate to me.  We are moving washing machine into downstairs bathroom (which I think we'll end up using real tiles) then maybe laminate in kitchen and just cross fingers the dishwasher doesn't leak?! Lvt promises so much but I've struggled to fins samples that actually deliver.

Thanks but quite large. I'm looking for 10 x 10 cm-ish or less for that look. Difficult to find!
