I just checked the site we got our doors from and they'll do you an ultion lock with that kind of door - we've got that type and you can leave it locked or unlocked. Hi Jen, thanks for the respose. the range is pretty much flush with the front of the units. However the doors open past 180 degree so even if we pulled the range forward the door handles would hit the cupboards. i was hoping someone may have experienced the same issue and found slimer handles.

How about contacting a locksmith or window/door repair company for advice. Where are you based? I use a local company called Lock & Glaze for all my repairs. They are based in Herts.
