I have no experience with this but I think first you really need to check if the termite/wood worm? is still active. I hope some of our more experienced houzzers can help you.
The proper job is to redo the whole floor using new hardwood engineered floorboards.
In this way you will have a brand new lovely floor which will last you a life time.
Alternatively, you should remove all those boards that you don't like and replace them with the same quality pine boards. All cut outs on picture 2 should be replaced with a longer board.
The damaged board in the last picture should also be replaced making sure there is no rot in other areas.
all other boards should be well fixed to the floor and obviously should not move.
once you have done you should be sanding the whole floor and filling all gaps. Then you need to oil the whole floor with specialist products.
Your local flooring shop should be able to offer this service i.e. floor sanding service.
We discovered parquet under our engineered wood floor.. Some of it couldn't be rescued so we carpeted those areas. The rest, that is the hallway and the living room, was sanded and sealed. It came up beautifully. I discovered at the time that's it's possible to buy spare tiles on EBay from people taking them up.
I think that, if you don't mind a few filled gaps and some imperfections, then the repair option will be OK. If you are thinking about refurbishing the property in a few years then it's better to wait and do everything in one go.
carpet on top by far the easiest and cheapest option of course.
