Recognise this kitchen?

This photo was recently found on the Real Homes website under ‘vinyl flooring’. I love the kitchen cabinets and wonder if anyone knows where they are available. TIA

Because of the materials I think this looks bespoke. However you can probably fake the look by choosing a handleless German kitchen, having a ‘woodgrain’ handle groove, panels and a plinth to match.

I notice Alno have a deep blue flat painted door that does well with wood

I can only find that picture in relation to the floor but the cabinets are not dissimilar to those by Uncommon Projects whom I think have a presence here on houzz. They might be a good place to start.

If this is an old house, you may find you have banisters under the flat panelling down the side of the stairs, that could open it up and stop it from looking so much solid white. I like what you've done and your front door area is welcoming. I like the idea of painting the hand rail and I think black is the best option and just make sure you have some gorgeous fresh flowers near the front door area : ) Personally I wouldn't too much though, I think it is lovely!

Assuming it is a nearly white handleless door just about everyone has one in their range. I should decide on a budget and then take the picture as inspiration and visit an independent kitchen showroom.

Paint Kitchen Island and Cut It Down

Finished this on Saturday. Was relatively simple to do. Disappointed that the entire floor has been treated except the portion that is now visible. I am debating having someone spray the island or doing it myself. Worktop needs to change and hob needs to move to complete it, but happy with the size as the edge of the worktop is now in line with the edge of the cooker upright. when i replace the worktop, the overhang may be a little shorter. its currently 35cm to account for the hob to ensure that the space is usable in the meantime.

Hello jacond,

You've got a great eye, I think the Teal and Walnut look beautiful together.

I've attached photos of similar doors from our Alno range.

Off the shelf cabinets will be far more cost effective than bespoke, with prices starting from £18,000 for full kitchens.
