Hi there! Amazing job and am rarely impressed but wow....

Can you share the exterior lighting source?

Hello RMPN-

We really like that lighting! The light fixtures at the front door and above the window are the Carson Gooseneck from Rejuvenation Hardware. These are matte black and polished copper.

Did you guys do any soffit lighting around the house to light it up at night? Building our dream home in denver right now and they are pushing for it and kind of think it’s borderline cheesy but am not sure

Thats a very impressive new build! Looks Georgian inspired in its proportions? Black Country Metalworks does a lovely selection of period style exterior lighting as does Jim Lawrence. http://www.blackcountrymetalworks.co.uk/wall-lanterns.htm https://www.jim-lawrence.co.uk/outdoor-lights I would also suggest getting LED ground based uplighters to help pick out architectural details and create a stunning backdrop for any evening events held outside. If you want specific lighting suggestions it would be helpful to see a colour render or photo of the property.

For your exterior, a good wash will help to spruce it up whilst you settle in. Planting might do more to soften the brick work - a climber on trellis? Ivy for something simple and ever green, and trim when it achieves the top of the brick work? Taking up a couple of lines of paving would provide a bed space, you might need to replace some some soil with a good planting soil, with out eating too far into the parking area. The exterior lighting could be revamped - some carriage style light fittings, or a more modern style?

Finding the right window and trim color will bring things forward in time. Same with updating the siding. How do you feel about the siding being vertical over horizontal? Changing the door to something that centralises the door could work. Which then leads into thinking about the exterior light fixture. Certainly pots in a modern style with bright plantings will give and immediate lift. - if the other elements take some time and thought, bringing the pots in would be an easy start.

RMPN, Every project is different- and photography affects how something looks differently from how you experience it in real-life. I highly recommend you work with a designer- either an architect or a lighting designer- to get the effect that you want.
