help with ensuite layout

Hello, we’d like some help/ideas for how to create an ensuite in our bedroom. We live in a 1970’s single level house. We’ve done quite a lot of work opening up the rooms to create a large broken plan living space, but the bedroom needs work.
I’ve attached the current floor plan and what we think we want, however, I’m sure there are houzzers with some creative ideas.
At the moment we are thinking of moving the bedroom door and making it a pocket door.
We want a shower, basin and toilet. Whilst I don’t want everything completely open, is there a way of avoiding a door into the ensuite? Staggered wall? We think the best dimension for the ensuite, to leave some floor space to move the bed for cleaning, dressing, moving etc. will be 2m x 1.7m . Previously there was a wall at 2.75 and movement was virtually impossible.
We have a generous crawl space (vide sanitaire, we live in France) under the house, so have fewer restrictions on the location of the plumbing. There won’t be a window, so ventilation will be important.
Looking forward to your ideas.
