Yes - as you have said and also when I reply to enquiries via Houzz message - I can’t send answers straight away - I have to close and re open the app before the message sends ! Crazy !!! I do wonder if they have anyone trying things to look for bugs before the relaunch stuff ?

The point about the text being missing in comments? I find if I flip my ipad orientation the other way, I am able to see the missing sections! It’s as though the formatting has only been considered for one orientation.

Not just me then. It seems every time they do an update it causes knock on effects, rather like Apple updates! I shall try flipping the iPad orientation Marylee. I’ll have to report it but I can’t even find a Contact button so I’ll email them. Thanks guys.

It’s been doing it for some time so I gave up using the app a while ago. It was frustrating not been able to see full comments. Never thought to flip the orientation, will try it out.

It certainly appears to be working on the US version. I hope they will do away with it.

It pops up now and then E D, totally pointless. We want an App that works! I emailed them and it’s unmanned at the moment and support website was no help as it just listed problems you click on, so we are stuck with it for now. 😤

I agree. I only use the web version.

Except that the notification emails take you to the App grrrr! Yes website is much better.

I ignore the emailed notifications (indeed, I may have switched them off).

On the site’s version you can click on your own avatar to find all recent notifications. They take you to the site’s relevant thread or post.

Yes, email notifications still take me to the home page rather than the thread. Also pictures don’t always load on the app - though this seems intermittent.

I think the App is pretty crappy. I mean you can’t Edit or Delete........what’s that all about? 🤪

I don’t like the app so just use the browser but for 3 weeks I couldn’t post anything under the advice section (a comment box wouldn’t even appear) but I could under the stories section?! Roll on another 2 weeks and a new ipad and I can post but only some of those comments appear! I think I need to find a new interest 😂

Totally agree Sonia - not being able to edit, delete and it takes you round in circles. My app is full of stuff I want to remove - I don’t need a copy of something I commented on ages ago
