Hello. I agree the tiles are really more appropriate on an older property. Have you considered replacing them with cladding? Either wood or realistic wood effect (no maintenance!). Then paint in the boards along the roof to match in. If you have the budget I would change your brown windows to black or grey frames, I dont think brown and dark red bricks work together. What do you think? Are you in UK?

Changing the front door and window frames colours might be a good idea to get away from the overall brown-ness.

There is also some kind of brown fence (?) in your front garden. Is that the boundary with a neighbour?

I wish I could find a post I saw on here earlier this week. The poster had a tiled front on their house and had painted them dark grey. It looked fab. Maybe someone else is better than me at finding these things.

I think the roof and hung tiles are attractive-I think the problem is at the ground floor level so I’d have a brighter front door and landscape the garden.

I like the tiles too. I agree the main issue is the brown paintwork. How about a dark grey on conservatory and windows etc. That would tie in with the roof and looks good with red brick. Keep the green just for the front door, perhaps?

I was thinking darker, like this. It's very personal but to me the mid grey is not enough contrast in tone with the red brick and tiles. So if you prefer something less dark, rather stick with the pretty green. And I agree with HA and others about keeping the lush green but prventing the bush blocking the facade.

I think your house is really pretty and I love the terracotta tiles which will grow more beautiful as they age. The brown windows and door are the problems. The soft grey greens and taupes look lovely with red brick so painting the windows will be a great improvement. if you prefer white windows, it will still be an improvement and then you can have a bright, colourful door. I agree removing the big round shrub by the front door will open up the frontage, but leave the rest of the plants. Here’s some window colour ideas.

I also like the tiles and the green! You could paint the front door first and then decide if you want to take the plunge and do the windows too. The large shrub is too big, replace it with some more attractive/ colourful plants. These small adjustments will make quite a difference.
