Lounge layout help needed please
Comments (0)Hi, I have a walkway though my lounge to the conservatory it feels like a dirt track & driving me nuts My tv is too big to go in the bay window ( which i love) and we have tried moving the sofas to edges of the rug so one in front of conservatory and one on the rug side of the window but didn't look right and hated the space between the sofa and window and also didn't like the other sofa bang on the conservatory Any good ideas on how to arrange my room please The radiator is behind the sofa with the shelves on the wall...See MoreHelp with small awkward lounge layout please!
Comments (4)This is how the lounge is looking right now. Excuse the mess as we're just clearing out the understairs cupboard to hopefully put in drawers instead for shoes etc! Anyone have any ideas how we can arrange it better please? Thanks for your advice so far Minnie! The understairs bit is tiny and not able to fit much under currently. Not sure how much it would cost to remove the fireplace. It does add a bit of charcater though to a boring 80s box so i'm a bit loathed to remove it? Comments (4)Hi Sandi You have a great space to work with, and a lot of ideas for the space itself which is a great start. Ideally it would be best to sit down with a Designer and really dig into what you want from the space, taking time to really figure out how you want the space to feel as a whole. However, to get you started it's easy enough to create a concept design plan of the space from plans you have of the home, so if you'd be interested I'd be happy to take a look at the plan for both the basement and lounge, and send you something over to give an idea of how the design could look / be laid out, based upon the information you've posted above. (Free of charge of course) My email is - Kerrybryaninteriors@outlook.com If you can ping across the detailed plan (with measurements) for the two floors, I can have a basic drawing over to you by the end of the week, to give you some ideas. Speak soon - Kerry...See MoreLounge Layout help please
Comments (3)Be careful with tv up on a wall if anyone has neck problems or arthritis as it can exacerbate symptoms. It is advised that the tv should be below the eye line....See More- 5 years ago
