How to load a pullout larder unit

I have recently had a new kitchen installed and chose to include a 500 pullout larder unit. I find it really useful for all my pantry type goods. However, I worry I may have over-loaded it because every time I pull it out to get something it bows downwards.

My question - is there an ideal/best way of storing items to avoid this happening?

I have tried re-arranging so that all the heavy tinned stuff is at the bottom and lighter things at the top, but it's still happening.
