currently doing our kitchen extension, it will be a kitchen/diner/sitting area. there are 3 different floor areas - old dining room (floorboards), old kitchen (concrete) and new extension (screed). I also want the same floor to carry on into the hall. our builder is saying that engineered wood or laminate won't be as good as LVT due to the floor not being perfectly flat. Just wondering if this is right? Does the floor not need to be perfectly level for LVT as well?
Thanks in advance.
