I use Ikea for all those reasons and BTW IMO quartz is a poor choice for counters and cannot be used as backsplash behind cooking appliances . Go check out white granites for the counter polished and then a nice tile backsplash .

Those are builder grade level products. Cabinets for a middle of the road mid priced mid grade quality 80k kitchen remodel average 25-28K. And are 1/4-1/3 of the total remodel cost. Typically a kitchen remodel codts 15-25% of the non extreme location home’s value, depending on how much has to be brought up to code, is being changed, structural changes, and other invisible considerations that must be done. The budget isn’t just about the pretty stuff.

A 30K kitchen remodel is keeping the existing cabinets, with a 10K professional finishing job, 10K new counters, and 10K new backsplash, lighting, accessories, and DIY painting the walls. Same layout, same floors, same cabinets, and same bones. New makeup only.

If you want to move up to a full gut mid grade quality remodel, look at Kraftmaid, Showplace, Kemper, Yorktown, Merillat Masterpiece, Shiloh, Diamond, Dynasty, Decora, Durasupreme, Medallion, Kitchencraft, Innovae, etc.

Our kitchen is almost the exact same size and layout as yours, except we will also have a double wall oven cabinet on the other side of the fridge, and where you have the 3 lowers on the half wall, we will also have two uppers with glass doors and a wine rack in between. We ordered Diamond Reflections cabinets through Lowe's at the end of September, and they're expected in early March, so I can't vouch for their quality yet (fingers are crossed hard!). With all plywood construction, stained maple, almost all bases are drawers, authentic end panels, crown moulding, and light rail, it came to about $25,000. This does not include installation (we're installing them ourselves), sink, countertops, backsplash, etc. We chose Diamond cabinets based on searches I did on Houzz forums, and from what I read on here, they are quality cabinets as long as you stay away from the bottom level that they sell. We purchased the middle level with the upgrade to all plywood construction.

I do also want to put in a vote for IKEA cabinets, though. I put them in when I renovated the kitchen in my last house, and they were 10 years old when I sold the house in 2020. We got 10 offers on that house, and the kitchen was a huge reason why there was so much interest in the house. Everyone thought it was a brand new kitchen. We were going to put IKEA cabinets in this house, also, but after waiting over a year and a half due to supply issues, we decided to move on from IKEA. I hope I don't end up regretting that decision.
