Thank you Granite City.  Do you think Cambria only does 1?

We have Cambria Colton & an undermount sink. The edge profile for both outside counter edges & sink is the same - a soft rounded profile. Everyone calls their edge orofiles something different so can’t recall name. We had many profiles to choose from & our counters were fabricated & installed by a Cambria authorized installer. We purchased our Cambria through their store.

@KW  Was your Cambria cut by your fabricator, or cut at Cambria?

"Our fabricator is removing it tomorrow. Cambria is picking it up on Friday and redoing the edges."

These people are morons. Cup wheel and a diamond pad protocol and I'd have the new sink edge profile done in an hour or so.

@Michelle Linden Our quartz was ordered & fabricated by a local stone / tile store in my area in SW WA who is an authorized fabricator for Cambria. The closest Cambria showrooms to me are 3 hours away. We received a 12x12” sample from local store then had a virtual viewing of a slab with that Cambria showroom to see an entire slab. When our ordered slabs arrived, we went to fabricator’s cutting yard to approve the layout of template he‘d made on the slabs & also approved the slabs in person. Fabricator showed us the many edge profiles we could choose from, which were all Cambria approved for their product. We chose the rounded edges & rounded outside counter corners too, based on chip resistance. We do have the 3mm or thicker quartz.

ETA: I didn’t know Cambria has their own fabricators or exclusive store fronts that deal only in Cambria product. It’s my understanding that any fabricator who works on Cambria has to be "authorized" by Cambria which I think means has received some training in their product. I don't think that process is exclusive to Cambria.

Cambria does have a factory owned fab shop and also sells slabs to fabricators. Cambria's doesn't train fabricators in how to finish the product but rather tries to limit the fabricator to only carrying the Cambria product for a quartz offering. They also have fabrication rules much like the other quartz suppliers to prevent problems like predictable cracks from small or zero radius inside corners. There is a good chance the OP's supplier was merely a measure/install provider working for a Cambria owned fab shop since any competent fab shop could easily profile the sink cutout as Joe mentioned.

Thanks @Granite City Services for that info & clarification. The local store in SW WA we bought our Cambria quartz from doesn't have a stone yard. They do sell many brands of quartz, granite & tile. They also provide the template, fabrication & install service. They obtained my larger 12“x 12“Cambria sample from their Cambria sales rep. They did direct us to several warehouses nearby to look at other brands of quartz - MSI, Daltile etc. They also gave us info on which brands carried jumbo slabs large enough to create the seamless island we wanted.

Thanks everyone.  I just stopped at a Cambria showroom in a city an hour away.  Verified from their sales person that all their undermount sink installations have a ZR profile.  It is Seacliff (Z) with top edge slightly rounded.  So I guess that's what we will get.  Our fabricator is the only Cambria authorized installer in our town.  And all of their cutting comes from the Cambria factory in Minnesota.  We bought directly from them, but he does all the installs for every Cambria dealer in town.  So I guess it is what it is.  Not happy, but I don't know what else to do.
