It's hard to say from just a mood board of the beautiful tiles you have chosen. A before shot of the room so we could picture it would really help, They tones all match so depending on what you have chosen for the floor i think it will look stunning.

So our before is currently an empty shell 😂 we’ve done a full house renovation! i think i might just be thinking too much into it, im usually confident in my choices but bathrooms are a blind spot for some reason!

All your choices are lovely. I assume the floor tiles will be a pink shade, is that right? For me it may be too much. Pick your favourite and work from there. That is if you chose the green patterned tiles in the shower I would repeat the calm background colour for the floor. Do you need all the half height tiling round room? We all have different tastes of course but I wouldn’t use too much tiling in a bathroom. That is tile the shower area and tile behind the sink (either just a splashback or a full height strip behind the sink). Of course we all have different tastes and if you want the half height tiling then choose something in a similar colour to the shower tiles?

I think the ca’pietra tiles need to be offsett with a dark floor personally. The first image is from their website where (IMO) I think it looks insipid versus the dark green in the 2nd. i do like your idea of picking up the beige pink from the botanical tile but would be good to have an idea of bathroom and shower size as I think you need a balance of colour so 60% primary, 30% secondary and 10% accent (or split the secondary). Rules can obviously be broken though! If you do go for it, make sure the walls aren’t literally half height as it will split the room in two
